Products and pricing We describe our products as accurately as we can. Coffee and tea are natural products, so flavor and color can vary slightly from bag to bag. Prices and availability can change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or exceed reasonable quantities. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full.

Discount codes Discount codes can't be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time.

Health and allergens Our flavored coffees and teas contain natural flavorings and are processed in facilities that may handle tree nuts and other allergens. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Website use All content on this site, including our name, logo, product names, artwork and text, belongs to 202 Coffee Co. and may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation of liability To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.
